A respected icon who is at the helm of affairs as the Medical Director of Milann - The Fertility Center; (an institution that provides advanced treatment in infertility) Dr Kamini's foresight coupled with the centre's tireless service in reproductive medicine has fetched Milann glowing accolades including the Emerging IVF service provider for 2015, India's best fertility & IVF clinic at the National Healthcare Excellence Awards and has been ranked number One in the nation at the Times Healthcare Awards, 2016.

Having authored and published over 40 medical books, Dr Kamini is also an acclaimed educationist, the testimony of which lies in her being bestowed with the Karnataka State Rajyotsava Award for invaluable service in the field of medicine and the outstanding Woman Obstetrician & Gynaecologist award by the International Federation of Obstetrics & Gynaecology (FIGO). She has also received the Lifetime Achievement Award for dedicated service, contribution and achievement in the field of Obstetrics and Gynaecology from Bangalore Society of Obstetrics and Gynaecology and from the Karnataka State Obstetric & Gynaecological Association in 2013. Currently a Syndicate member in the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Dr Kamini also serves on various eminent boards and advisory committees across the nation, including the National Advisory Committee for drafting of Guidelines on Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART Bill).
