AN OVERVIEW OF THE PROGRAM
The education vertical of Milann (A brand of BACC Healthcare Pvt. Ltd.) was established with the mission to train clinicians and scientists in infertility and maternal fetal medicine. It is one of the few institutes to offer post-doctoral fellowship programs in Reproductive Medicine and Maternal Fetal Medicine, PhD programs in Reproductive Biology and MSc in Embryology in addition to short and medium-term training programs for clinicians and scientists. Headed by the renowned clinician, researcher and academician, Dr. Kamini Rao, who is a recipient of the Padma Shri, we have been in the process of training future ART & OBG clinicians and scientists while simultaneously reaching out to improving our understanding of the leading developments in the field of reproductive medicine.
The Institute is recognised by National Board of Examinations and Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences for Fellowship in Reproductive Medicine and also has its own institutional fellowship, the BACC Healthcare Fellowship program. It is also affiliated to VIT University, NITTE University, Bangalore University as well as Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences for PhD in Reproductive Biology and to JSS University, Mysore for MSc in Embryology. Certificate Courses and short term training courses in Clinical ART, Embryology and Obstetric Ultrasound cater to the needs of the busy practitioner.
The Centre is a well known research institute for Clinical Trials with an Institutional Ethics Committee recognised by Drug Controller General of India(DCGI) Registration No ECR/773/Inst/KA/2015/RR-18

This is a 2 day program which will cover obstetric 2D ultrasound in the first, second and third trimester. This includes:
A comprehensive coverage of ultrasound knobology and methodology of a transabdominal and transvaginal scan
First trimester ultrasound scan which includes early pregnancy scan (between 5 weeks to 10 weeks) and the first trimester scan (from 11 – 13 weeks 6 days).
Mid-trimester anomaly scan: assessment of fetal age/growth, fetal morphology and fetal environment.
Third trimester scan: assessment of normal and abnormal growth, along with fetal environment and fetal morphology.
